We are looking for a well-qualified and successful Computing and ICT teacher who is looking for a leadership role within a high performing faculty. This post is ideal for candidates who have a successful track record in delivering outstanding outcomes and is looking to take increased responsibility under the supervision of the Head of Faculty. This post provides excellent professional development for someone who is ambitious to become a faculty leader and who wants to influence the achievement of young people.
The Carlton Academy is a ‘good’ and over-subscribed 11-18 academy and part of the Redhill Academy Trust. The Academy is also a member of Redhill College of Leadership and Development and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and a chance to work alongside colleagues from other high-performing schools in the region. The Trust also leads the regional Teaching School Hub, delivering local teacher training and the National Professional Qualifications for teachers.
