We are looking for a well-qualified and enthusiastic Head of Faculty to lead this expanding department. The post would suit someone looking for their first leadership opportunity or someone looking to move to a wider role and will involve line managing subject leaders for both Business and Media Studies. This role will include teaching Computing and ICT up to A Level standard and you will have responsibility for this area of the curriculum.
The Carlton Academy is part of the Redhill Academy Trust. The academy is also a member of Redhill Teaching School Alliance and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and the chance to work alongside other high performing schools in the region. The Carlton Academy became an academy, sponsored by The Redhill Academy Trust, in 2011.
