We have a fantastic opportunity for an imaginative and energetic Art teacher to take their next step into leadership. The role covers the leadership of art, music and drama. These subjects are extremely popular with students and we currently offer five KS4 creative arts subjects.
The subject is taught by enthusiastic, motivated, and well qualified faculty members, making the department well-liked and successful. Come and join our expanding department and help us motivate and encourage our students.

The role and what we are looking for:
The successful candidate will be required to teach Art at KS3 and KS4 to the highest standard and make a positive difference to Academy life. You will lead the Creative Arts Department, which includes art, music and drama. A willingness to support the Academy ethos and support of extra-curricular activities within the Academy is essential. You must be able to use a range of teaching strategies to inspire and motivate our students and demonstrate a commitment to sharing best practice with colleagues in the department. A passion for creative arts and a commitment to developing it across the curriculum is paramount.
