Head of Data job summary
We are looking for an experienced Data Manager to join our Trust performance and data team.
You will be a leading member of the performance and data team, responsible for ensuring that staff across the Trust have access to valid, reliable and timely data. Working with the National director for performance and data, you will support them in developing Trust wide and school level data systems and the evaluation and use of the Trust wide management information systems (MIS) along with providing expertise for all matters related to data warehousing.
This role is a full time, all year round role, mainly home based working with travel to our head office in Birmingham and our academies as required.

About you:
Ideally you will be trained to degree level in a numerate discipline or have a higher award/qualification in statistics, along with detailed knowledge of school performance data and systems and an understanding of current education policy.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and experience of using advanced statistical techniques to identify trends and create meaningful reports for different audiences, communicating the meaning in data for all stakeholders.
