The department will be offering a focused curriculum to support the development of STEM within the Academy. Leaders are driven to promote STEM to strengthen attainment in the core subjects of Science and Mathematics. For this reason, the candidate should be passionate about developing students' awareness of opportunities that exist within the STEM/Design and Technology industry and inspire students to seek and engage in opportunities at University, apprenticeships or training routes.
At Dover Christ Church Academy we are proud of our destinations, last year 54% of our Post 16 students progressed to University, with the majority attending Canterbury Christ Church.
