What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a strong and inspirational leader to lead a dedicated team of staff in the Drama Department. The successful applicant will have a track record of successful outcomes and a clear, ambitious vision for the Drama Department.

The Drama Department is well resourced with access to excellent facilities and technical support. The quality of teaching and learning is high. There is strong distributed leadership and teamwork within the department. Pupils make excellent progress at all levels.
