What skills and experience we're looking for

•Able to teach Drama to KS4 •Substantial secondary school teaching experience •Use of performance data to track student progress and monitor achievement. •Proven track record of raising educational standards •Can motivate students at all levels of ability, thus ensuring that all students fully access the Drama curriculum •Will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with an excellent track record of progress and results •Ability to inspire, demonstrate and support the highest of expectations for all •Ability to motivate and inspire others; both colleagues and students •Positive student behaviour management skills •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Will have knowledge of the National Curriculum, GCSE and A-Level specifications •Will demonstrate high level communication and literacy skills •Has keen organisational, time-management and multi tasking skills •Has strategies for raising achievement
