What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the academic subject and developing teaching and learning across all key stages, and will work with other members of the Creative Arts Faculty on whole College productions and other extra-curricular opportunities.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be dynamic, innovative and inspirational in the classroom;
  • Have the ability to engage, inspire and build excellent relationships with both students and staff;
  • Be a committed team player;
  • Be committed to raising standards of attainment and developing the success of the College;
  • Be passionate and ambitious about their own career development.

This post would suit a teacher with leadership potential or leadership experience who has excellent subject knowledge and is passionate about Drama. The successful candidate will teach across the full spectrum of age and ability ranges and share their expertise and love of their subject, and teach lessons which challenge and inspire their students.
