About the Role:

-Lead the English department, fostering a positive, collaborative culture.

-Design/Develop and implement an engaging, inclusive English curriculum

-Track and analyse student data to identify gaps and implement interventions.

-Set high expectations and ensure students of all backgrounds make excellent progress.

-Support and develop staff, including mentoring ECTs, leading training, and driving continuous improvement.

About you:

-Experienced English teachers with a proven track record of raising student achievement across key stages.

-Excellent communication and classroom management skills

-Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities

-Dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
