We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, dedicated and innovative Head of English to join our Faculty at Three Rivers Academy. We are looking for an inspirational teacher and leader with a commitment to bringing out the best in every student, a genuine passion for their subject, and the energy and drive to lead their team in providing the very best experiences and opportunities for our students.

Middle Leaders are the engine room of our school and the key to success of our students. you will inspire your team try new things, take risks, and have fun in the classroom. As a reflective practitioner, you will constantly strive to be even better and incorporate the latest developments in pedagogy into your approach. You will also be a crucial member of the broader Three Rivers Academy leadership team and work collaboratively and collegiately with colleagues at the Three Rivers Academy and across the Trust in the best interest of our students. You will be fully supported by the Senior Leadership Team in achieving your strategic objectives.
