UTC Oxfordshire is currently looking to appoint an additional innovative, dynamic and passionate teacher to lead and support innovation and develop English and Literacy within the UTC.
The successful candidate will need to:
- Be an outstanding classroom practitioner
- Have excellent communication and leadership skills
- Be able to influence outcomes at all levels and deliver whole school CPD and professional development.
- Introduce A level English to the curriculum
- Be able to influence outcomes at all levels and deliver whole school CPD and professional development
- Provide support to colleagues as part of our successful coaching programme
- Demonstrated whole school impact in their current role which has a positive impact upon students’ lives and destinations
- Be ready to embrace the challenge of a new school and the opportunities that exist.
We recommend a tour of the UTC and informal conversations are encouraged.
