- able to forensically analyse a range data and feedback to close gaps andsupport excellent outcomes for all

- creative and original, able to think and act innovatively

- an outstanding, innovating and creative classroom practitioner, with a drive to develop an inspirational curriculum and teaching team

- passionate about the subjects in your Faculty and have a strong understanding ofthe specific skills required to raise achievement at GCSE level

- able to inspire, motivate and enthuse students in lessons and staff in your team

- committed to the highest achievement for all students

- a coach, able to deliver CPD across the school keen to learn and share bestpractice as part of a vibrant team of middle leaders

We are seeking an enthusiastic leader with vision and determination to lead our Humanities department to brilliance. The Humanities team at Orchard School Bristol are a team of dedicated and passionate practitioners, committed to providing a high-quality education for students of all abilities and at KS3 and KS4.
