Job summary

You will lead the department and act as the core Leader for this subject area. You will be responsible for leading, managing, supporting and monitoring the work of the departmental team to secure effective leadership and management of the department and high standards of staff performance.

Essential qualifications

The skills, knowledge and understanding necessary to teach across Key Stages 3-4 (possibility of KS5)

Be able to raise achievement through motivating, challenging and inspiring our students
