Join our dynamic team at our esteemed, oversubscribed and ambitious school. We are seeking a dedicated Head of Faculty to lead our MFL department. As a pivotal member, you will advocate for pupil outcomes and ensure excellence in Teaching & Learning, alongside a talented team of staff.

We are looking to appoint a consistently good to outstanding teacher with a proven track record to take an active and visible role within a thriving MFL Department. You will be an energetic and enthusiastic leader who can achieve good or better results for progress and attainment with your classes.

We are determined that the successful candidate will have:

  • A passion for teaching in their specialist subject.
  • Developing skills, in securing good to outstanding progress and attainment with groups at KS3 and KS4.
  • Well-developed skills in giving strong marking and feedback to students, which leads to well-matched and challenging learning activities.
  • Evidence of good teaching currently.
  • Alignment with our school values of Manners, Hard work and Honesty.
