An outstanding classroom practitioner with the vision and leadership skills to:
lead an outstanding department towards your compelling vision
lead and develop outstanding classroom practice in the Department
ensure outstanding student progress across Key stage 3 and 4
develop an outstanding curriculum for Physcial Education and Dance
oversee an outstanding class extra-curricular programme
