Head of Faith and Ethics job summary

We are seeking an inspiring and committed Head of Faith & Ethics to lead our Ethics department with strategic vision and compassion. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing RE curriculum development, enhancing teaching practices, and supporting the personal and academic growth of every student. As part of the academy’s senior leadership, you will play a central role in ensuring that our students graduate with both the knowledge and empathy to be active, engaged citizens.

Salary: MPR £37,336 - £49,293 or UPR £51,331.63 - £54,769.88 (including TLR 2b)
