What the school offers its staff

We are able to offer you a welcoming and supportive environment led by a leadership team committed to staff wellbeing. Bespoke ongoing professional development is a priority, and all staff are able to access high quality, carefully tailored training and development opportunities, including the observation of teaching and the sharing of practice.

The department is well resourced and has recently benefited from the installation of a range of new machinery, including a brand new, purpose built Food Technology room to supplement our original facilities. A full time Food Technician works alongside subject teachers to support the running of the department and the progress of our pupils.
