What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a Head of Geography who is passionate about students’ learning and who has an unequivocal commitment to excellence in all they do. The successful applicant will have the enthusiasm, subject knowledge and pedagogical skills to lead a high quality curriculum and teaching team that inspires our students. The successful candidate will be a passionate Geographer. They will have a clear love of their subject and want our students to have the same.

The successful candidate must have experience of delivering Geography across the ability ranges at KS3 and KS4, with experience of KS5 being an advantage.
