Head of Geography job summary

As Head of Geography you will inspire and motivate staff and students alike to ensure that everyone achieves their full potential.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a leader, either as a Head of Department or a teacher with additional responsibilities.
You will maximise the enjoyment, engagement and outcomes of young people in Geography. You will develop innovative, non-traditional approaches to the geography curriculum in order to ensure appropriate access and achievement for all students and facilitate and encourage learning which enables pupils to achieve the highest possible standards.
