What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Geography teacher to head up our Geography Department. Applications are welcome from both experienced Heads of Department and teachers aspiring for middle leadership. You must be able to detail evidence of resilience, dynamism and the capacity to be an outstanding middle leader.

You will be responsible for enthusing students about Geography as well as ensuring excellent outcomes for all groups of students to make at least good progress. You will be able to ensure that all students are appropriately challenged and supported to achieve their very best. You will be committed to maintaining and improving our high-quality provision.
