What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic qualified teacher (holding QTS or equivalent and a relevant degree) to lead Geography from September 2024.

The successful candidate will be creative, innovative, efficient and committed to raising standards. They will have excellent subject knowledge and experience to lead a highly motivated team of superbly collaborative teachers committed to a creative and stimulating approach to teaching and learning, and to instilling a passion for Geography in our students.

What the school offers its staff

The opening of our brand new sixth form at St Clere’s School in 2023 was a very exciting opportunity for new staff, and young people in the local area. We are incredibly lucky to have highly skilled and collaborative teachers who have experience in teaching post 16 at St Clere’s and we welcome the opportunity for new members of staff to join our pre-existing team. As the sixth form expands and we welcome a second cohort of students in 2024, we are looking for people to join us who are equally excited about the journey we are on.
