What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an enthusiastic, talented and passionate individual to join our team as Head of Geography at Robert Napier School, a dynamic secondary school in Medway. The successful candidate will be an experienced and ambitious leader with a passion for Geography and a commitment to delivering high-quality education to our students.
The successful candidate will have:
- a track record of raising attainment
- a track record of outstanding teaching across all Key Stages
- proven ability and enthusiasm to motivate students and staff
- the ability to raise expectations and aspirations of students of all abilities
- an understanding of effective strategies for urban schools
- a desire to share experiences and good practice with colleagues.
