Pool Hayes Academy are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Head of Health and Social Care to supplement and enhance a strong established and supportive Faculty. The department is part of a well led, dynamic team, whose colleagues all enjoy supporting the Academy and its culture of outstanding success amongst our students. The appointed candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and will be supported by our Senior Leadership Team.
The ideal candidate will be an exceptional leader and educator with the ability to teach Psychology and the vision, tenacity, optimism, strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to inspire students to achieve their very best in a progressive, dynamic and improving Academy; creating a culture of outstanding success amongst our students. As a key leader, you will be responsible for raising the standards of student attainment, achievement, progress and development within Health and Social Care, be accountable for leading, managing and developing all aspects of the curriculum in the faculty area and develop and enhance the teaching practice of others. We are keen to secure a high calibre leader who can make a telling contribution to our forward-looking team.
