Head of History job summary

We are seeking an ambitious and inspirational classroom practitioner to lead our History department. This is an exciting time for our historic and increasingly popular school as we complete the transition from single sex to coeducation.

We require:
 An excellent History teacher able to deliver high quality lessons
 Understanding of how to facilitate excellent levels of student progress across an important department.
 Resilient character and a strong personal drive.
 Commitment to the ethos of the school in promoting the development of the whole child.
