The position

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at The Mandeville School as Head of History. We are deeply committed to providing students with an environment in which they can achieve and truly flourish.

The successful candidate will lead the History department, working alongside the SLT and our student support team, to create an environment where learning thrives, and students maintain the highest standards of behaviour. The department

The History department is forward thinking, quickly developing, improving and very supportive. Everything that we do is as a team and it is through our commitment to raising standards and expectations along with an engaging curriculum of students in the subject that we have already seen improvements and we look to build on these into the future. The right candidate will both contribute to and benefit from our cohesive, collaborative and supportive team.
