We are looking for a well-qualified and enthusiastic teacher with the ambition to be an outstanding pastoral leader. This post will involve leading a House having responsibility for the pastoral care, guidance and support of students. You will lead a team of dedicated tutors in raising achievement and engagement and establishing House identity.

The post would suit an experienced teacher of Science who is looking for a significant responsibility in a pastoral role and will involve teaching Science to at least GCSE with an opportunity for A Level teaching if suitable.

The Carlton Academy is part of the Redhill Academy Trust. The academy is also a member of Redhill Teaching School Alliance and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and the chance to work alongside other high performing schools in the region. The Carlton Academy became an academy, sponsored by The Redhill Academy Trust, in 2011.
