Head of Human Resources job summary
Lime Trust is a Multi Academy Trust formed of 8 schools over 10 locations across Peterborough and the London Borough's of Havering and Waltham Forest. We have grown to include four primary schools and four all-through special schools, with 2400 pupils and over 700 employees. In our academies we strive to ensure that:

The successful candidate will lead HR by example whilst working as part of the Trust Executive Team and leading their Regional Teams. Candidates should be inspiring leaders, as well as outstanding practitioners who can motivate, manage and build effective teams. You should share our values and be passionate about creating an environment that supports our staff to grow and thrive in the workplace.
We are looking for a leader who can demonstrate:
Excellent leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills

Effective relationship building with fellow professionals and colleagues in other public services
Excellent communication skills, driving the Trust’s vision with strategic leadership, empowering all staff to excel
