The successful applicant will:
o Consistently deliver high quality lessons in which students make excellent progress
o Be able to articulate a clear vision of what constitutes outstanding learning in a whole school context and in relation specifically to Humanities
o Be exemplary in their approach to leadership and interpersonal relationships
o Demonstrate resilience and commitment to continually raising standards
o Lead on the development and design of an innovative and well-sequenced Humanities curriculum which enriches students’ learning experience and plans for optimum progress
