What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and motivational individual to lead our Humanities team, providing maternity cover leadership of the History and Geography departments. With the possibility of taking on a position of responsibility within the departments at the end of the Maternity contract for the right person.
You should be an enthusiastic and motivational individual who is an excellent classroom practitioner, capable of delivering high quality lessons in either History or Geography. You should have the ability to lead a team of colleagues with a proven track record of supporting students to be highly successful at all levels, achieving excellent outcomes at GCSE and A-Level.
