What skills and experience we're looking for
Meridian High School is seeking an inspiring and dedicated Head of Inclusion to provide operational leadership of our PINNACLE and SUMMIT provisions, offering robust and personalized support to students receiving SEMH and SEND interventions. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure the inclusive ethos of our school is embedded, creating accessible and well-considered learning pathways for all students, enabling them to make meaningful progress and thrive.
Your opportunity
In this role, you will use data effectively to inform decisions, ensuring that all learning pathways are tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students. Leading the inclusion team, you will identify and meet training needs to improve the quality of provision and foster a collaborative, supportive environment. You will work closely with the Deputy SENDCO, SENDCO, Senior Leader for Behaviour, and Lead Learning Mentors, ensuring a cohesive and holistic approach to supporting our most vulnerable students.
