Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an outstanding individual who will relish the opportunity to:
• Lead a strong and experienced literacy department working closely with the Director of English and Executive SENDCo
• Lead the implementation of an exciting and highly effective literacy intervention programme across two schools
• Provide exceptional programmes of support for students who have not met national standards in literacy
• Work with exceptional professionals to further develop a shared understanding of learning
You are likely to be someone who:
• Is an inspirational and skilled classroom teacher
• Is an emergent and aspirational leader ready to take on additional responsibilities
• Has a clear understanding of effective literacy intervention and phonics programmes

This is a rare opportunity to join our organisation working as a Head of Literacy. Working alongside the Director of English and Executive SENDCo you will be responsible for leading a highly effective literacy intervention team across our two schools.
