The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) are seeking to appoint a Head Marketing and Partnerships to join our centralised marketing team. We are a forward-thinking and innovative Multi Academy Trust (MAT) with fantastic pupils and staff, supportive Academy Representatives, and a great community. We place bespoke professional development and support at the heart of all we do. We are relentless in the pursuit of excellence for all our stakeholders and firmly believe in the coaching model. We are passionate about children’s learning, creative in our approach and constantly reflective in our philosophy. Our group of schools consists of Prince Albert Primary School, Heathfield Primary School, Highfield J&I School, Birchfield Primary School, Sutton Park Primary School, Lakey Lane Primary School, and Prince Albert High School. We are a developing MAT, with exciting growth plans over the next few years.

PURPOSE OF THE POST

  • Develop, lead and manage partnerships and marketing activities across the Trust
  • Lead on engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including partners across public, private and social sectors, to meet joint priorities and provide strategy to inform, shape and develop programmes to target key audiences
  • Lead and oversee a co-ordinated offer of partnerships in all PACT schools impacting on pupil outcomes and establishing the Trust’s reputation as a civic institution within its communities
  • Take overall responsibility for devising and implementing the Trust’s partnerships and marketing vision

SKILLS & QUALITIES WE ARE SEEKING:

  • Experience in a broad-ranging marketing or communications position
  • Expertise in delivering marketing and communications activities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and networking skills
  • Knowledge of social and digital media, and their use as part of an integrated communication strategy
  • Outstanding copywriting skills
  • Ability in using web analytics tools
  • Customer focused and committed to the delivery of excellent customer service
