The successful candidate will be committed to developing the curriculum offer of the faculty to ensure high quality teaching and learning and high standards and achievements for all students. You will understand the need to provide a challenging, engaging and knowledge-rich curriculum for all students.
The successful candidate will:
- Have strong leadership qualities and a commitment to excellent teaching and learning opportunities for our students
- Be passionate about languages
- Have a proven track record of success and raising student attainment in MFL
- Have the ability to deliver innovative lessons, which demonstrate high expectations of students, and inspire them to succeed, improving achievement at both Key Stages for all learners.
- Be an excellent practitioner who is willing to challenge and be challenged
