We are looking to appoint a specialist, enthusiastic, committed and inspirational Head of MFL to join an increasingly successful curriculum area which has made a major contribution to the significant improvement in examination results achieved throughout the College in recent years. We are looking for a Head of Department who: Is a well-qualified and enthusiastic teacher of MFL who will lead the Leadership and Management Team of our MFL Department which is focused on improving standards through engaging students in their learning. has the vision and enthusiasm to build an outstanding environment in which pupils are motivated and supported to learn, enjoy and achieve. is looking to join a community of schools that promotes the formation of young people into successful citizens We offer: The professional development to support the appointed candidate in being successful in the role and prepare you for the future promotion including: opportunity to undertake National Professional Qualification accreditation for Senior Leaders and, where appropriate, the opportunity to work on our Extended Leadership Team for the school.
