What skills and experience we're looking for

What we are looking for:

  • A qualified teacher with experience in teaching Modern Foreign Languages.

  • Passionate about languages and keen to share this enthusiasm with students.

  • Flexible and adaptable, able to teach across different age groups and levels.

  • A strong communicator and team player.

  • Ability to teach Spanish.

  • Ability to teach at least KS3 French

  • Ability to teach Latin is an additional advantage

The Ideal Candidate for Head of MFL:

  • Previous leadership or management experience (ideally within MFL).

  • Strong vision and passion for developing the MFL department.

  • Excellent organisational skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
