What skills and experience we're looking for
What we are looking for:
A qualified teacher with experience in teaching Modern Foreign Languages.
Passionate about languages and keen to share this enthusiasm with students.
Flexible and adaptable, able to teach across different age groups and levels.
A strong communicator and team player.
Ability to teach Spanish.
Ability to teach at least KS3 French
Ability to teach Latin is an additional advantage
The Ideal Candidate for Head of MFL:
Previous leadership or management experience (ideally within MFL).
Strong vision and passion for developing the MFL department.
Excellent organisational skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
