Orchards Academy is excited to be recruiting a dynamic teacher of Spanish who is ready to step into middle leadership as Head of MFL. This is an exciting opportunity starting with a blank canvas to build a department from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be supported in this role to grow and mould their own department and develop into an outstanding middle leader. Amongst other things this individual must; - Be passionate about MFL and the opportunities it offers pupils. - Be able to demonstrate a track record of successful outcomes. - Have an understanding of the GCSE specification. - Have the drive to make a real difference to the lives of students. - Have a commitment and desire to develop their own practice.
