Head of MFL job summary

The Trust seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Modern Foreign Languages, Head of Department. The ability to teach Spanish is essential. You will be an exceptional subject Teacher and leader to the post of Head of Modern Foreign Languages and you will demonstrate a passion for the subject with a clear vision for outstanding provision of Modern Foreign Languages.

We welcome applications from middle leaders with a strong track record leading a department, as well as those who have other leadership experience or experienced teachers ready for their next challenge. The role will include teaching GCSE and A level, providing leadership and management of staff, developing enrichment opportunities for learners and demonstrating the ability and commitment to securing high standards of learner achievement.
