What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful applicant will have a record of delivering consistently good to outstanding lessons and have the ability to raise standards of teaching and learning across the faculty. Additionally, they should be able to contribute to, organise, develop and deliver schemes of work which help promote engagement, excellence, and independent thinking.
