What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a dedicated and committed Head of MFL who will lead and inspire our Spanish department during this maternity cover period; someone who is skilled in building positive relationships with staff, students, and parents, with a commitment to student progress and success. This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced subject leader or Head of Department with a track record of positive impact and someone who can make a dynamic impact on teaching standards, student engagement, and curriculum development in a supportive school community here at St Paul’s Academy.
