Head of Modern Languages job summary
We are seeking to appoint an exceptional and inspirational Head of MFL, to lead and develop our Languages department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an outstanding classroom practitioner with aspirations to be a senior leader, a current Head of subject looking to make their first move into senior middle leadership or an outstanding Second in Department ready for a bigger challenge.
The successful candidate will be passionate about languages and about instilling a love for the subject with their team and the James Hornsby students. The Head of Faculty will work closely with the department and students to encourage an increase in students taking languages at KS4.
We are looking to appoint a colleague who shares our commitment to high standards of professionalism and academic achievement for every one of our students and who will go the extra mile to help them achieve excellence.
