Following our successful visit from Ofsted, we are now embarking on our next round of recruitment to ensure the highest standard of quality teaching for our students. We require a well-qualified and enthusiastic Head of Music to lead and grow our provision in performing arts.
We are incredibly passionate about the Arts, as a trust founded by the RSA and are looking to increase the provision moving forwards. This is an incredibly exciting time to join Waseley because of the journey it is on and our state-of-the-art new school is currently under construction.
We are a school in the Central Regions School Trust, whose mission is social justice through exceptional schools. Therefore, this provides us with the opportunities, capabilities and desire to develop both our staff and students. We have a range of pathways and programmes tailored to the needs of staff at various levels of their career. These include Middle Leadership Programmes as well as a Senior Leader Development Programmes.
