We are looking to appoint a dynamic leader for Boston Nursery School.

The position, Head of School, would be ideal for an ambitious, educational professional of any key stage, looking for their first experience of leadership at a senior level. Alternatively, the position would be an exciting opportunity for a passionate early years’ practitioner wanting to progress their career to the next level.

We are looking for someone who:
• is passionate about children’s education;
• recognises excellent classroom practice;
• has experience of early years’ education at some level;
• is capable of leading and motivating a team of colleagues;
• is keen to work as part of a wider team;
• holds clear vision and high expectations;
• will drive forward improvements and raise standards.
