What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking an exceptional professional with a passion for process, precision and performance to work alongside our Head of Employee Relations.

As Head of HR Operations, you’ll lead and further develop our high-performing HR team, embedding robust systems and streamlining processes to deliver operational excellence to our Trust of schools.

Reporting to the Director of People, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, improving operational delivery, and using data to inform strategic workforce planning. You’ll thrive on bringing order to complexity and building structures that support our schools to focus on what matters most, delivering excellent education.
