About Parkside Academy
Parkside Academy is a provision for children and young people in Key Stage 4. The provision offers short term and temporary support to pupils who are at risk of exclusion or those who require additional targeted intervention to help them re-engage with learning in their mainstream school or next identified setting.

About the role
Parkside Academy is looking to expand and build upon the success of the high performing pathways currently in place. You will lead on ensuring pupils successfully access packages of education which we as Parkside are commissioned to deliver. Pupils being supported would have experienced some difficulties within mainstream education and therefore require additional support in either a 1:1 capacity or within small groups.

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious leader who is looking to take the next step in their career. You will be entering the academy and Trust at an exciting stage in its development.

- Always place the needs of our pupils at the centre of all decision-making.
- Hold a Degree and a Qualified Teacher Status. Leadership qualifications are desirable.
