What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational teacher with outstanding leadership skills to lead this important subject area.

The successful candidate will be an ambitious classroom teacher with an excellent track record of positive outcomes for pupils in PE. They will have the vision and drive to lead a strong and competent team of specialists, ensuring all pupils are able to reach their full potential, perfect high level skills and develop a life-long love of sport and physical activity.

They will join the Middle Leadership Team and work closely with all staff and tutors, in particular contributing to the extra-curricular programme and physical health agenda within the PSHE curriculum.

Castle Donington College recently extended its age range and began teaching KS4 courses from September 2017 for first examinations in 2019. We currently have 564 students on roll in Years 7 to 11.
