Head of Physical Education job summary
Required for Easter or sooner, a dedicated Head of Physical Education. The person appointed will have the opportunity to teach all ability levels throughout the 11-19 range.
The schools boasts some of the best facilities in the local area with a full sized astro-turf pitch, large playing fields, hall and gym and access to the New Milton Health and Leisure facilities through the normal school day (this includes a 4 badminton court sports hall, swimming pool and fitness suite). The school has a strong reputation for sporting participation in a variety of activities: Netball, Football, Hockey, Rugby, Gymnastics, Dance, Cross-Country and Athletics.
We are seeking to appoint a person who is passionate, who will stretch and challenge the most able whilst ensuring the importance of physical wellbeing for all. We are looking for someone who has an innovative outlook and commitment to the role, clear ambition and enthusiasm for physical education, and will be fully involved in the life of the school.
