What skills and experience we're looking for
If you are an outstanding teacher looking for the next step in your career, this role could be for you! We are seeking a Head of Physics to work with the Science team to raise standards of student attainment & achievement within the department, enhance the teaching practice of others and be accountable for leading, managing and developing the subject/curriculum area.
Our ideal candidate will be passionate about Physics with excellent subject knowledge to inspire our students to embrace STEM subjects and explore the opportunities in related careers. The ability to teach Physics to KS5 and another Science subject to KS4 is essential as is the ability to demonstrate excellent classroom management. We would also like to enhance the extra-curricular activities offered.

We are located in Croydon, South London.
