Head of Premises and Operations job summary

Hours: 37 Hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 3.30pm on Fridays (allowing for a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.)

Salary: £39,186 - £42,403 (Scale P02A, Point 31-34)

Location: Marleigh Primary Academy but will be expected to work across the Trust and to travel between sites.

Head of Premises and Operations

Reporting to the Director of Operations, as Premises and Operations Manager you will be leading a team of primary school site staff to deliver high quality, safe and efficient site maintenance and services.

You will actively be involved in creating inspirational and effective learning and working environments for staff and pupils and should be committed to sustainability. You will collaborate with key stakeholders from across the Trust and will be required to present reports, information and deliver training.

You will have previous facilities management experience, which has given you experience in managing people and centralised services.
