What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Procurement to join our team and lead our procurement strategy.

As the Head of Procurement, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the procurement strategy across the trust. You will ensure that all procurement activities are conducted in a cost-effective, efficient, and compliant manner. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of procurement processes and regulations.

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in a senior procurement role, preferably within the education sector; strong knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices and strong negotiation and contract management skills.
