This role is crucial in overseeing a diverse programme of new projects, including the development of new schools, converting and transferring academies, and exploring business development opportunities. Who we’re looking for
- A strategic leader with a proven track record in project management.
- Experience in overseeing large-scale projects, preferably within the education sector.
- Ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive problem-solver who can navigate complex challenges.
You will have:
- Extensive experience in project management and delivery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- The ability to develop and implement effective project delivery approaches.
- Experience in business change and organisational development initiatives.
- Commitment to the values and ethos of Star Academies.
This is a role that will require you to travel anywhere within the UK where new school projects emerge, therefore willingness to travel is essential.
