This role is crucial in overseeing a diverse programme of new projects, including the development of new schools, converting and transferring academies, and exploring business development opportunities. Who we’re looking for

  • A strategic leader with a proven track record in project management.
  • Experience in overseeing large-scale projects, preferably within the education sector.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can navigate complex challenges.

You will have:

  • Extensive experience in project management and delivery.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • The ability to develop and implement effective project delivery approaches.

  • Commitment to the values and ethos of Star Academies.

This is a role that will require you to travel anywhere within the UK where new school projects emerge, therefore willingness to travel is essential.
